Unlike most training providers, LearnToProgram.TV doesn’t offer a set list of courses.  No off-the-shelf curriculum or certification oriented courses could possibly address the complexities of your business and your development environment.  In each area that we teach LearnToProgram.TV and your instructor will work with you before the course begins to customize and outline which is designed solely to meet your companies needs and assist you in further your goals.

Our courses are instructor-led, laboratory and application oriented as well as fast paced.  We believe that most learning takes place as participants complete exercises related to the training course material.  It’s one thing to hear the instructor speak about creating a connection between a PHP application and a Flex front end.  It’s quite another when the class participants have to do it themselves.  The lab exercises are one of the strongest keys to learning– and each one is customized with your goals in mind.

LearnToProgram.TV believes that despite the hype, eLearning for technical topics has only been successful as an adjunct to traditional instructor-led classroom training.  If you really want your developers to learn, retain and be able to apply the technical training material, time and time again, traditional instructor led training has shown to be the most effective learning method.

To make things as convenient as possible for you, we send our instructor to your office(s)– any location– any time– world wide.  All you need to provide is computers for your course participants to work on and we’ll bring everything else that’s needed for a successful class.  Most of our classes are three to five days, but some (depending on the clients needs) are longer or shorter.
